Word Based Prayer
1 John 5:14-15 (KJV)And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.
Isaiah 55:11 (KJV)
11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
"One of the most powerful things that we can do is pray word based prayers. Prayers with a foundation of the written word of God are powerful because God honors his own Word. God is a God of integrity and when we put our faith in what he has spoken in his word, those things are manifested in our lives. We can pray in great confidence when we pray word based prayers because the word of God is the will of God." (Pray this prayer below out loud in faith and confidence)
Heavenly father, I thank you that I can come bodly to your throne of grace and obtain mercy when I need it. I thank you that you hear me every time that I pray according to Psalms 34:15
I forgive any person who has ever hurt me, disappointed me, abandoned me, mistreated me, or rejected me in the name of Jesus.I renounce all pride, haughtiness, arrogance, vanity, ego, disobedience, and rebellion in the name of Jesus. I renounce all lust, perversion, immorality, uncleanness, impurity, and sexual sin in the name of Jesus.I renounce all ungodly covenants, oaths and vows made by myself or any of my ancestors in the name of Jesus.The blood of Jesus cleanses me from all sin according to 1 John 1:7
I cover my mind and thoughts with the blood of Jesus. I cover my doorpost, home and possessions with the blood of Jesus according to Exodus 12:13. I cover my physical body, loved ones and finances with the blood of Jesus.I have redemption through the blood of Jesus, and I am redeemed from the power of evil according to Ephesians 1:7. I receive the benefits of the new covenant through the blood of Jesus according to Matthew 26:28. I break the power of sin and iniquity in my life through the blood of Jesus according to Hebrews 10:22.
I receive deliverance through the blood of Jesus according to 1 John 5:8. I rebuke Satan, the accuser of the brethren, through the blood of Jesus according to Revelation 12:10. I plead the blood of Jesus and receive forgiveness and pardon from the penalty of sin. I release the voice of the blood against demons and evil spirits that would accuse and condemn me according to Hebrews 12:24. Let the fire of God surround and protect my life from all destruction.Let the angel of the Lord encamp around me and protect me according to Psalms 34:7. The name of Jesus is a strong tower. I run into it, and I am safe according to Proverbs 18:10. You are my defense and refuge according to Psalms 59:16. I have redemption in Christ according to Romans 5:17.
I am sanctified in Christ according to 1 Corinthians 1:2 I am a new creation in Christ according to 2 Corinthians 5:17. I am an heir of God through Christ according to Galations 4:7. I have been blessed with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ according to Ephesians 1:3. I have obtained an inheritance in Christ according to Ephesians 1:11. I believe that I receive all of these things now by faith in Jesus name. Amen!
